Deep nourishment.
I used to hate November. November is gray, cold, windy, rainy.
Right before the official kickoff of holiday season with Thanksgiving, as we were entering this cold cold cold season, we went through a deep hydratation nourishing cleanse with the #rama crew. Far from the restrictive fads of low-carb, low-fat detox out there, we went in for warm, nutritive foods that fed the body and spirit. We went all in for more: more broth, more nutrients, more love. Allowing the simplicity of the foods to give a break to our mind and nourish our soul.
I can be very hard on myself. I have no problem doing the Melon cleanse in the summer, 5 days (it could go up to 40, ouf those yogis) of yummy melons only. Or following the 3:6:9 of Medical Medium as we did last year. Funny enough, this very loose structure felt way more challenging to me. Because I had to listen to the subtle needs of my body. I had to let go and trust the inner guidance. I had to tune in and be there with myself to find the most nourishing inputs I could.
So appropriate for Scorpio season. Doing your part, tuning in, then surrendering to start the co-creation process with the Universe. Creating the space and allowing. Removing the blocks and going in with simplicity, accuracy, fully present.
November is Death, Scorpio season at its fullest. Yet November is also the beginning of miracle season, as we move into Sag.
So I learned to navigate between both worlds. Death and Heart. Magnetism and Temperance. The darkest dawn before the hope of longer days to come. I embrace the magic of being here now, not knowing yet, but sure enough that there is no other way than to let go to call in the miracles.
What will be your miracle?
