Capricorn. The hard worker. The carpenter, the doer. Often mistaken for a masculine sign, Capricorn finds its true equilibrium in its feminine aspect. The ability to master the earthly and emotional realms. The welcoming vessel for more prosperity. The flow of the life energy working through you, instead of being engineered by you. In Harris Manchester College back in Oxford, priests would deliver their lectures looking at this magnificent stained glass, a representation of many women who embodied the value of Christ consciousness. On this day after the powerful New Moon in Capricorn and on Christmas’ eve, this is my invitation.

Embody Capricorn. Become the vessel. The finite container for infinite love and abundance, true prosperity, a new Power on Earth.

How do you deal with anger?

Anger is a delicate subject. All emotions are welcomed, yet anger is one of those that lives in the 2nd chakra. If you stay in that emotion and communicate from that place, most of your relays will eventually suffer. You can only catch a ball at the level it is thrown at you. You throwing the ball from an angry place means the other person will have to receive it at that level, and few of us are skilled at taking a lower ball and elevating it into a higher space.

I’m not saying to repress it though. Being angry is definitely part of the human experience. We come here, infinite souls, and we get constrained into teeny tiny bodies, that require us to feed them, sleep, move, and do all sorts of things. That can get frustrating very fast.

So, how do you deal with anger? On a daily basis, in a conscious way. Everyday, I do 3 minutes of this Kundalini meditation, Fists of anger.

Hope this Full Moon in Gemini conjunct with Mars in retrograde gave you the opportunity to test yourself just enough to recognize your own pattern and find ways to manage anger in a loving manner.

We’ve travelled on a long journey to get here. Finally, we’ve arrived. Not that there was ever a here or a there to get to, we were at the right place at the right time from the beginning.

Souls incarnating for decades, centuries, thousands of years before us. Who were us. 8.4 million lifetimes to get to this golden incarnation. How blessed are we. To have access to the teachings. To practice the Kundalini technology. To be of the Aquarian age.

And now a new light will join us. She’s been with me for a while, hanging around. Her soul will enter her body on November 30.

I’m blessed to welcome onto this Earth our daughter, Rose. Can’t wait for you all to meet her powerful soul.

Shaken to the core. A Tower moment, in the most magnificent way.

When you start doubting what you’ve valued most in the past, what you’ve spent years worrying about.

Money, career, success, beauty. A perfect bod, a perfect house, a perfect job.

But what does it all really mean? This eclipse season was full of revelations, about what truly brings me joy, what I care most about. Family, love, health. Waking up to the man you love, chanting for your baby girl. A family dinner, a FaceTime with your grandmother.

It hurts when you realize you might have gotten it wrong in the past. South Node in Scorpio, looking into the shadow. But at least you got it right now.

And it’s not too late. You can be now. You can let go, you can arrive.

The answer is in the prayer. You’re already rich beyond. True prosperity is your birth right. And you got it. Look around. Your world is full of love. You have the power to make someone else happy. You’re a mother.

All the blessings, you have. Gratitude is now the name of the game. Giving back, love, more love. So you can liberate your soul and live free.

The path towards liberation is right here, right in front of you.

Let the Light in. Let the transformation begin. You can do it now, you know deep down your soul’s calling.

You don’t have forever here. Little deaths. Big deaths. But don’t be afraid. You’re on a mission, but you’re not alone.

Relax into it. Your purpose is you, allowing the Universe to work its magic through you.

You’re a divine channel. You’re pure light. You come from the Light, you will go back to the Light. In between, don’t let the shadow take over. Your heart will tell, if you listen ever closely.

Your time has come. Live on, light on.

May we be blessed in miracles.
May we have the wisdom to recognize that our life is already full of miracles.
May we be clear and pure, aligned with our destiny, to receive the miracles.
May we stay away from complaining and worrying long enough to be at peace.
That is the true miracle.

Stand in your power, stand in your grace. This is your full moon to step up and lead. Leading doesn’t mean having to be loud. As the Emperor standing proud, be in the knowing you’re ruling your world. The quiet confidence of understanding your worth. Sharing your gift with the world. Purpose as a life mission, purpose as a relaxation. You be you now. To serve your community.

As you shine, share your light with others. Pray for the world, as the world needs you. As the world is you.

Find balance, peace, harmony.

Very funny Universe. The joke is on me as I’m dabbling around trying to figure out how to walk on three legs, or with two very long metal arms?

Then again, it’s all happening for me. I can’t say I was all equanimity when the pain was at the highest level, I can’t say I was in peace and harmony when tired and hurt in the emergency.

It took me a couple of nights before I could find humor in the situation again.

And there it was. When I was first asking myself, how much more can you give to your relationships on this New Moon in Libra, I was forced to lay down and ask how much more can I receive. How much less can I do. Wondering how, if I cannot do, am I to add any value in a relationship.

Pushing me back into a more subtle territory, deeper relays. If I cannot do, I have to pay more attention on who I be. And trust that I can bring light no matter what physical state I’m in.

Venus rules Libra, and Venus is in my second house, the house of Values and Self-worth. This is the real work for me now. How can I add value without doing? What am I really worth beyond my productivity? Who am I beyond the obvious?

Return to peace, true inner peace. A state of harmony with whatever is brought to you, whatever moves around you. Look out to Nature, and find beauty there. Be Grace in the midst of it all. Practice gratitude when it feels the least probable.

Slowly, restfully, returning to my own Nature of Light.

Back from the mystical land of the royals, where luxurious nature reveals the essence of the true magic of this life.

On morning walks, swans dancing on the Thames as elegant as in a ballroom, the Sun blessing us amidst the fog, clearing the path to the meadow where the cows are gently waking up.

Slow walks to take it all in, the banquet from the previous night, the baroque music from a private concert, the friends we’ve met from other lands as if we were long due.

Pisces, field of all dreams and possibilities, liminal space between here and there. The Queen lifting the thin veil, passing on but who could ever forget her Majesty.

This incarnation blessed by the grace of God. All royals are we. Power to the people, as the queens and kings they are, to be. Kundalini is the raj yoga, the royal yoga. Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness.

As time passes us, as long as we’re aware, we are royal. Crown yourself now, from the infinite realm of all possibles

On this New Moon in Virgo, I feel this is the invitation. Virgo thrives on rituals and habits. Yet often the patterns we repeat day after day are keeping us stuck in an old limited version of ourselves.

We are infinite potential in a finite form. Every morning, we wake up fresh. Every 72 hours, our whole body is made up of new cells.

But the old model is imprinted in our DNA. If we are healthy, happy and strong, all good. We reprint a good version. If an error entered the code, things can go in the wrong direction very fast.

Every day, we get to choose in which direction we want to move. How free and happy we want to be.

Make the discipline and devotion of Virgo energy to create habits that will liberate your soul. Jap is sacred. It’s the only command in the Aquarian age. But you have to focus your attention on creating the right habits for you, the ones that will help you break away from the habitual thought forms that aren’t you. The codes that aren’t your pure whole holy essence.

But how? Kundalini yoga and meditation, mantra, pranayama. Every morning, or night, or whenever you want, you practice to create the patterns that will support your infinite self.
